A Kampala company. That is the advantage.
We are a tour operator, not a booking site. Everything we sell, we run.
Einstein Tours & Travel Ltd operates out of BM House on Kiwatule Road in Nakawa Division, Kampala. We are licensed by the Uganda Tourism Board under the Uganda Tourism Act, and we hold permits directly with the Uganda Wildlife Authority and the Rwanda Development Board rather than through an intermediary.
That matters more than it sounds. When Uganda abolished the seven-day permit hold in March 2026, it changed how quickly a deposit has to move. When Narok County doubled Maasai Mara entry from 1 July, it changed the cost of every migration quote. Operators who buy through a wholesaler find out about these things late, and pass the surprise on to you.
We quote the permits, park fees, conservancy levies and charter legs inside the headline price. We would rather lose a comparison on the first number than have a client discover USD 400 of park fees at an airstrip in the Serengeti.

Gorilla and chimpanzee permits are name-locked and non-transferable. We send you the permit reference in your own name once it is issued, so you are never taking our word for it.
